HETEL is an association of 30 VET schools, located in the Basque Country. Since 1987 we have been working with enthusiasm, cooperation, integrity and solidarity with the aim to improve, give prestige and lead VET from a social commitment approach, to favor its abantean school´s network, the people to participate in its VET system,  companies and society in general, from a local perspective but with an international focus.   We were the first organization from the field of VET recognised with Silver A Award for its advanced management system (2015). HETEL is structured in working groups which currently work towards different challenges:     

HETEL es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que reúne a 30 centros de Formación Profesional de Euskadi. Desde 1987 trabajamos con ilusión, con honestidad, con solidaridad y en cooperación, para mejorar, prestigiar y liderar la FP desde el compromiso social, para favorecer a su res de centros abantean, a las personas que participan en su sistema de formación profesional, a las empresas y a la sociedad en general, desde una perspectiva de país y con un enfoque international. Ha sido la primera organización del ámbito de Formación Profesional que ha obtenido el premio A de plata a la gestión avanzada (2015). Los grupos de trabajo con los que contamos actualmente se dedican a los siguientes retos:

Euskadiko gizarte ekimeneko lanbide heziketako 30 ikastetxe biltzen dituen elkarte bat gara. HETEL 1987an sortu zen eta, gaur egun, ilusioa, elkarlana, zintzotasuna eta elkartasuna oinarritzat izanda, lanean dihardugu Lanbide Heziketa hobetzeko, prestigiatzeko eta gidatzeko gizarte konpromisotik abiatuta, bere abantean ikastetxe sareari, Lanbide Heziketako sisteman parte hartzen duten pertsonei, enpresei eta, oro har, gizarteari laguntzeko, herrialdearen ikuspuntutik eta nazioarteko ikuspegiarekin. 2015ean, lanbide heziketaren eremuan Zilarrezko A Saria kudeaketa aurreratuari jaso duen lehen erakundea izan gara. Gaur egun, gure lantaldeak ondorengo erronketan lanean dihardute:.

  Mejorar, prestigiar y liderar la FP desde el compromiso social, para favorecer a su red de centros abantean, a las personas que participan de su sistema de formación profesional, a las empresas y a la sociedad en general, desde una perspectiva de país y con un enfoque internacional      HETEL y los centros abantean están consolidados,  para las familias, para las empresas, para la sociedad, como referentes estratégicos en la FP y en la transformación social del País.   Ilusión Colaboración Honestidad Solidaridad  

Lanbide Heziketa hobetzea, hari prestigioa ematea eta haren buru izatea gizarte-konpromisotik abiatuta, bere abantean ikastetxe sarearen, lanbide heziketa sisteman parte hartzen duten pertsonen, enpresen eta, oro har, gizartearen onerako, herrialdearen ikuspegitik eta nazioarteko ikuspegitik.   HETEL eta abantean ikastetxeak Lanbide Heziketan eta Herriaren eraldaketa sozialean erreferente estrategiko gisa finkatuta daude, familientzat, enpresentzat, gizartearentzat.    Ilusioa Lankidetza Zintzotasuna Elkartasuna
